Dale Batchelor is the Managing Director and Event Logistics Lead at D Batchelor Enterprises, bringing practical experience and a hands-on approach to every project.
From local events to interstate logistics, Dale works closely with clients and the team to deliver safe, efficient, dependable support across event production, traffic coordination, freight cartage, and safety services.

Meet Dale Batchelor
Managing Director / Event Logistics Lead
Dale Batchelor is the founder of D Batchelor Enterprises, established in 2007. With 15 years of experience with the Tasmania Fire Service and State Emergency Service, Dale brings a strong background in emergency response, safety, practical problem-solving and first aid to his work. First aid kits, defibrillators and oxygen kits are kept in every vehicle and office.
Based in Nubeena, Dale leads a business that provides services across Tasmania, Melbourne, Sydney, and Queensland. He is available six days a week for emergency call-outs for any job, and is committed to delivering high-quality work, maintaining strong safety standards, and ensuring every job is completed properly.
Dale also encourages women to apply for opportunities at D Batchelor Enterprises. He believes women can succeed in any role when given the opportunity and support, and is committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive workplace for everyone.
Tamika K. Kelly Batchelor

I am in a relationship with Dale, and together we have two girls and a boy. They all do cheerleading, and we’re looking forward to seeing what the future holds for us.
Before joining the business, Tamika volunteered with the SES for 10 years. The training and experience she gained there continue to support her in her current role. She is experienced in first aid, and first aid kits, defibrillators and oxygen kits are kept in every vehicle and office. Tamika values her team and believes in setting clear expectations, maintaining high standards and taking responsibility for doing the job properly. For Tamika, work should be completed to the right standard before the team leaves a job site. She also takes great satisfaction in seeing customers happy with the finished work.
Tamika is passionate about making the workplace more welcoming for women and encouraging them to pursue opportunities across the industry. She believes that if men can do the job, women can too, and hopes her own experience will inspire others to believe in themselves, apply for any role and take on new professional challenges.

Hands-On Helper
Hi, I’m Glenyce. I’ve lived on the Tasman Peninsula all my life and am a director of D Batchelor Enterprises, which I run with my son, Dale. I’ve volunteered with the Tasman SES for more than 30 years and also volunteer at the Dunalley Tasman Community House. You’ll often see me helping Dale at events, organising traffic and parking, and assisting with tag-and-test work, party and equipment hire, and PA and sound setups. I’ve been involved with the business since it first started and enjoy lending a hand wherever I’m needed.

Hi everyone, I’m Sharnie, the assisting administrator at D Batchelor Enterprises. I work alongside Cassandra and am also a director of the business with my brother. I help out on jobs when needed. I live in Hobart and volunteer with Meals on Wheels three days a week.

Taylee Batchelor, 21
Taylee Batchelor is Tamika’s eldest daughter and part of the D Batchelor Enterprises family. She works as a DJ, MC and singer, bringing music, entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere to events. With an interest in cheerleading, family outings and 4WD adventures in her blue Nissan Navara D40, she enjoys an active lifestyle and spending time with those closest to her.
Jade Batchelor, 18
Jade Batchelor is one of Tamika’s three eldest daughters and part of the D Batchelor Enterprises family. She works as a DJ, MC and singer, bringing music, entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere to events. She enjoys cheerleading and time together as a family, sharing in the outings, celebrations and adventures that bring everyone together.
Jayde Batchelor, 19
Jayde Batchelor is Tamika’s daughter and part of the D Batchelor Enterprises family. Alongside Dale and her siblings, she works as a DJ, singer and MC, bringing music, entertainment and a welcoming atmosphere to events.
Jayde also helps with traffic management, event operations and party hire needs. She understands what needs to be done and how to carry out her tasks safely, following procedures and working closely with the team to keep everything running smoothly.
Like her mum, her older sister Taylee and Dale, Jayde loves the outdoor lifestyle and proudly owns a ute of her own—a Nissan Navara D40. She also owns a rooftop tent, a motorbike, a side-by-side, a four-wheeler and two horses.
She loves fishing, camping, 4×4 driving, road trips, motorbike riding, rock climbing, abseiling, swimming and hiking, as well as cheerleading and spending time with her two horses.
Family means everything to Jayde. Although Dale isn’t her biological father, she loves him as a dad and shares a special bond with him.
